Flechas FC Chicago is a youth soccer academy dedicated to developing skilled, confident and intelligent players in a positive, competitive environment.
Founded by Jesús Zavala, Rumis Corral and Christina Corral, our academy combines professional soccer experience with a strong commitment to player development and community.
Our coaching team includes former professional players Jesús
Zavala, who played for C.F. Monterrey (Rayados), and Abraham Torres Nilo, bringing firsthand playing experience and high-level insight directly to our players.
Our training emphasizes technical development, tactical understanding, confidence and smart decision-making, while instilling the values of discipline, respect, teamwork and commitment — on and off the field.

Director of Coaching | FLECHAS FC Chicago
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Coach Rumis Corral brings a deep passion for player development and team success to FLECHAS FC Chicago. Since 2009, he has coached competitive men’s teams in both indoor and outdoor leagues across Chicago, earning nine championship titles as head coach of Altman FC.
Rumis holds a U.S. Soccer D License and currently serves as a Chicago Sports Program Director, where he continues to grow community-based soccer initiatives. His coaching philosophy centers on discipline, teamwork, and helping every player reach their highest potential—both on and off the field.
At FLECHAS FC, Coach Rumis leads the academy’s technical training and game-day strategy, instilling a competitive mindset while maintaining a fun, supportive environment for youth players to thrive.

Player Development Coach
With a professional playing career spanning multiple clubs in Mexico, Coach Abraham Torres Nilo brings valuable experience, discipline, and leadership to FLECHAS FC Chicago. A native of León, Guanajuato, Abraham developed through the Pachuca system and competed professionally with clubs including Pachuca, Tlaxcala FC, Potros UAEM, Mineros de Zacatecas, Zacatepec, Correcaminos UAT, and Los Angeles Force.
At FLECHAS FC Chicago, Coach Abraham focuses on developing technically skilled, confident, and disciplined players. His coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, game intelligence, strong fundamentals, and helping young athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field.
